The Mission

Over it's 137 years in Missoula, FCC Missoula has been dedicated to helping others through mission partnerships and giving. We read and take seriously Jesus' message to care for our neighbors, no matter who they are.

Because Missoula has so many wonderful organizations and we have limited capabilities, our focus with The Matthew 25 Project is to find ways to make meaningful impact on vulnerable populations in Missoula, Our Region and the World. To the right, you can see our local partners (click their logo to visit their sites). Below, you can find our General Church Mission Partners and current special giving opportunities for them.

Come and Be Fed

On the last Sunday of each month, our faithful volunteers will be serving up FREE Pancakes and other breakfast foods from 7:30-9:30am in our Fellowship hall. Participants do not need to stay for worship but are more than welcome to!

Food Cupboard

We keep a food cupboard to give food to those in need. We regularly empty our cupboard and donate the food to our local food bank and then work on restocking our in house supply. You can donate food in the basket outside the sanctuary.

The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is active in may works. Please click below to find out about the various ministries.

Current and upcoming

Summer Initiative

With the ever increasing need for support in the Missoula Area, FCC is partnering with HOPE Rescue Mission and Missoula Interfaith Collaborative to better support members of our community. How we are going to do this is that our Matthew 25 Fund will partially go towards supporting these organizations, then, we will refer all persons seeking financial assistance to HOPE or MIC so that they are more fully served. We will continue to offer support at our doors with food and other items. More Information will be coming soon!
