The Bible is an important part of the Christian Faith. Exploration of Scripture is a way for each of us to engage our faith and each other so that we may grow closer with our Creator, Sustainer, and Redeamer. Check out the various Bible Study Opportunities we have at FCC Missoula!
Midweek Bible Study
Tuesdays at 9:00am
~FCC Missoula Fireside Room~
Starting September 15. We gather each week for conversations around scripture and developing a deeper understanding of scripture. As our General Minister and President, Rev. Terri Hord Owens, has said, one of the biggest issues facing the Church today is biblical illiteracy and spiritual dryness. This is part of how we address this concern.

Our study will involve the use of some or all of the following: Scripture, Bible Commentaries, Academic Texts, Videos, Podcasts, Study Practices, and Group Discussion.

Below are some of our other faith formation programs that engage the Bible. While not explicitly designated as Bible Study, we do engage the written word.
Thursday Study
On Thursdays, we gather for a light meal and a study. Our topics will change throughout the year, it is a great time for some food and good community. This program is available in person and via zoom.
Sunday Faith Gatherings
Otherwise known as 'Sunday School,' this gathering is about coming together before worship to engage our minds and spirits. Utilizing scripture, videos, presentations, and group conversations. Click below to learn more!
Tuesday Prayer Service
NEW 2026! On Tuesdays at 11:30am, join us in-person or online for a prayer service centered around praying for our community. This program is open to anyone and will follow the same rythm each week.
